The Detroit Red wings have proven last year that they are the best team in the NHL. With the addition of right wing Marian Hossa they should be even better right? Well this year Hossa is one of the top scorers and point getters on the wings. Pavel Datsyuk's game has also improved with Hossa being added to the team, Datsyuk has the most points right now on the Red wings. Hossa seems to have helped the Wings alot but they are still not in 1st place in the western confrence. The San jose sharks are the best team in the Western conference right now.

Another problem the wings have had is signing good players like Zetterberg ,Franzen and Hossa. They recently have signed Zetterberg for 12 years. The main problem now will be signing Hossa and Franzen or if they cant get them both witch one to take. Both are great players and it would suck to lose either of them. Hopefully they can get a great deal on both of them other wise one has to go and the big question is witch one would they get rid of.

In my opinion the Red wings should sign Hossa he's faster and better than Frazen. Don't get me wrong Franzen is still a great player. Marian Hossa is just an over all better player. He also has more points than Franzen this year, and in his entire career.

Hossa has had a pretty good career too. He started out on the Ottawa Senators went to the Atlanta Trashers who traded him to the Pittsburgh Penguins who went all the way to the Stanley cup finals but fell short to the Red wings. The reason he came here was to win the Cup, but now he likes it here so much he wants to stay even longer. Hopefully he'll win the Cup with Detroit.
